Access to and use of www.genesisteaching.com, including the content, features, and any microsites, blogs, and discussion groups that are a part of www.genesisteaching.com (the “Website”) are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices. By accessing the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and notices set forth herein, including the Privacy Policy (insert link to Privacy Policy here), which is incorporated herein by this reference (this “Agreement”). GenesisTeaching (the “Company”) may at any time and in its sole discretion, modify the terms of this Agreement by updating this web page. Therefore, you should review this page from time to time so that you will be aware of any such modifications. Your continued use of the Website following any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance hereof.
The Company may post additional guidelines or rules, whether relating to particular subparts of the Website or otherwise (the “Subpart Terms”) from time to time. Any Subpart Terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference; provided, however, that in the event of a direct conflict between any Subpart Terms and the terms set forth on this page, the terms hereof shall control.
The contents of the Website are protected by copyright and other laws in both the United States and elsewhere. The contents of this Website include both content owned or controlled by the Company and content owned or controlled by third parties and licensed to the Company. In General. The Website from time to time may contain blogs, discussion groups, chat rooms, and other online forums (“Internet Forums”). These are intended to provide users with a valuable resource on selected topics. Some, if not most, of the content found on such Internet Forums is provided by third-party users, and not the Company. The third-party user who is posting to an Internet Forum, and not the Company, is responsible for the content of such posting and for complying with this Agreement.
Standard of Conduct. You agree that you are responsible for your own communications with respect to the Website and for any consequences thereof, and you agree to use the Website and any Internet Forums only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the Website or the particular Internet Forum. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Website you will not:

GenesisTeaching does not exercise control over the information posted on Internet Forums by third parties. With the exception of the specifics outlined in this Agreement, GenesisTeaching bears no responsibility for monitoring Internet Forums to remove inaccurate, offensive, inappropriate, or non-compliant material. However, GenesisTeaching retains the right to monitor any use of the Website for any purpose at any time.
Beyond the ability to monitor Internet Forums, GenesisTeaching retains the right, at its discretion, to (1) disclose information as required to comply with relevant policies, laws, regulations, legal procedures, government requests, or similar obligations, and (2) edit, refuse, or remove information or materials, partially or entirely, for any reason, as determined solely by GenesisTeaching.
You can report any communication believed to be in violation of this Agreement by sending an email to [email protected]. If GenesisTeaching identifies a communication allegedly in conflict with this Agreement, it may, at its discretion, investigate the allegation and decide whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. However, GenesisTeaching holds no liability or responsibility for the execution or non-execution of such activities.
The Website is the exclusive property of GenesisTeaching. Unless otherwise specified, the design features, content, including but not limited to information, illustrations, product layouts, icons, navigational elements, artwork, graphics, text, data, audio, software, and infrastructure, are owned by GenesisTeaching, its affiliates, or licensed from third parties by GenesisTeaching. The Website, wholly or in part, is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights, with all rights reserved.
GenesisTeaching does not claim ownership of content provided, posted, uploaded, input, or submitted to the Website by you or other users. GenesisTeaching may, at its discretion, remove or disable access to material on the Website believed to infringe on the rights of others. The Website and its contents are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. GenesisTeaching and its affiliates, as well as third parties associated with the Website, disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. They make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Website or its contents. GenesisTeaching does not guarantee that the Website will operate without errors or that it is free from computer viruses or other harmful items. Your use of the Website is at your own risk. GenesisTeaching and its affiliates, as well as third parties associated with the Website, are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Website. This Agreement is governed by the internal laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Hampshire, USA in disputes related to the Website. The use of the Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not recognize all provisions of this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GenesisTeaching regarding the Website and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, electronic, oral, or written, between you and GenesisTeaching regarding the Website.
