Reserved Company Rights:

Beyond the ability to monitor Internet Forums, GenesisTeaching retains the right, at its discretion, to (1) disclose information as required to comply with relevant policies, laws, regulations, legal procedures, government requests, or similar obligations, and (2) edit, refuse, or remove information or materials, partially or entirely, for any reason, as determined solely by GenesisTeaching.

Intellectual Property:

The Website is the exclusive property of GenesisTeaching. Unless otherwise specified, the design features, content, including but not limited to information, illustrations, product layouts, icons, navigational elements, artwork, graphics, text, data, audio, software, and infrastructure, are owned by GenesisTeaching, its affiliates, or licensed from third parties by GenesisTeaching.
